Policies

1. General Policies

Reservations: All reservations are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your pet's spot. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times are 8am-5:30pm. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of check-out. We accept Credit Card and Cash. A deposit may be required for reservations during peak seasons or for extended stays.

2. Vaccination and Health Requirements

Vaccinations: All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations. Required vaccinations include rabies, distemper, parvovirus (DHPP), and Bordetella for dogs; and rabies and FVRCP for cats. Proof of vaccinations is required upon check-in.

Health: Pets must be in good health and free of contagious diseases, fleas, and ticks. Any pet found with parasites will be treated at the owner's expense.

Medication: We administer medication as per the owner's instructions. Please provide clear written instructions and ensure all medications are in their original packaging.

3. Safety and Care

Supervision: Pets are supervised 24/7 by trained staff. We provide regular feeding, exercise, and potty breaks.

Socialization: Pets are grouped for socialization based on size, temperament, and play style. Owners must inform us of any behavioral issues.

Diet: Owners are encouraged to provide their pet's regular food to maintain consistency in their diet. We offer in-house food for an additional fee.

4. Emergencies and Medical Care

Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, we will contact the owner and transport the pet to the nearest veterinary clinic. All associated costs are the responsibility of the owner.

Emergency Contact: Owners must provide an emergency contact who can make decisions on their behalf.

5. Liability and Indemnification

Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of pets, Furry Pet Resorts is not liable for any illness, injury, or death of a pet.

Indemnification: Owners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furry Pet Resorts and its staff from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their pet's stay.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date to avoid charges. Failure to cancel within this period may result in a charge equivalent to the full amount of a single day.

Refunds: Refunds are issued in accordance with our cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for early pick-ups.

7. Personal Items

Belongings: Owners may bring personal items for their pets (e.g., bedding, toys). Furry Pet Resorts is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

8. Special Services and Charges

Additional Services: Special services such as grooming, training, and enrichment activities are available for an additional fee. Please inquire about rates and availability.

Charges: All additional services and activities not included in the standard boarding package will incur additional charges.

9. Updates and Communication

Daily Updates: We provide daily updates and photos of your pet upon request. Please inform us of your preferred method of communication.

Policy Changes: Furry Pet Resorts reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided to all current clients.

10. Acceptance of Terms
